- Wow, after I arrived here, I've read more books than I would normally read in a year...

Starting from the book with pink background:Fidgeting Fat, Exploding Meat & Gobbling Whirly Birds and other delicious science moments - new moments in science #4 by Dr Karl Kruszelnicki: This is interesting... Cats are more likely to survive a 32-floor drop than a 7-floor drop? I want to read the others in the series (#1-3) but I can't find them, I have #5 and I'll start reading it soon though...
and going clockwise....
Clarice Bean Spells Trouble by Lauren Child: Wouldn't it be funny if the main character from that book (Clarice Bean) met me? She's a bad speller and I'm the MoUsY spell-checker...
The Darwin Awards II by Wendy Northcutt: Why did I buy this? I can just read all of this on the internet... I think the first one was the best... II and III just aren't as funny...
Eats, Shites & Leaves by A. Parody: What a name... (the author, not the book) This book is about bad English... It has a collection of quotes that are all over the internet, but at least it's not like the next one...
THE BEST OF THE WORLD'S STUPIDEST SIGNS: It doesn't say who the author is, but this is just a collection of stupid signs that are all over the internet, nothing else... This one reminds me of a shop in Hong Kong: "WE CAN REPAIR ANYTHING. (Please knock hard on the door - the bell doesn't work)" Similarly, the shop in Hong Kong sells lamps, but the lighting on its own advertising sign hardly ever works properly...
iGNOBEL PRiZES by Marc Abrahams: Another one of those parody awards... This is supposed to be funny, but I think most of it isn't...
iG NOBEL PRiZES 2 - Why Chickens Prefer Beautiful Humans by Marc Abrahams: At least this one has more funny stuff than the first one...
better than chocolate by Siimon Reynolds: It has "50 proven ways to feel happier", seems like the kind of book I'd read but not really follow? I'm happy anyway, since it's summer holidays...
FIREWISE, FIRE-SAFE - How to Survive a Bushfire by Richard Whitaker: Another survival book... I read lots of books like that... I remember the time when I was in a PSE lesson in year 9, and the class was split into groups to make decisions about a made up survival situation... Somehow I was chosen as the leader, and I just answered according to what I knew from the books, and it turns out that my score was the second lowest in the class...
ZOBMONDO!! The outrageous book of bizarre choices by Randy Horn: "Would you rather... Eat a small can of cat food OR seven lemons (seeds pulp, juice, and rind)?" I'd rather eat the cat food...
I've still got these ones to read:
THE THIRD REICH AT WAR by Michael Veranov: Ashley and Leighann, don't you wish you can read this too? I don't even like history, but I'll eventually finish reading this book with more than 600 pages of small text...
German for Dummies: Yes I'm trying to learn German... There isn't really a reason why I want to, but who needs one anyway?
Great MYTH CONCEPTIONS by Dr Karl Kruszelnicki: Sounds interesting! I better not start talking about it to my friends though...
Bumbreath Botox and Bubbles and other Fully Sick Science Moments - New Moments in Science # 5 by Dr Karl Kruszelnicki: Let's see which one's more interesting, #4 or #5...
- I still don't know which school I'll go to, and I'm kind of worried... What if I end up having to go to a school that's really far away and I get lost on the first day before I even arrive at school? What if I can't do the subjects that I want to and end up doing something I hate? Normally, non-selective public schools will have to accept anyone that lives in the area, but in my area there's only a selective school, so I really don't know which school I'll end up going to...

- Wow, after I arrived here, I've read more books than I would normally read in a year...
